The Dorpspruit River runs along the bottom of our property - it runs from left-to-right in this pic, at the bottom of a large bank that falls away just behind the bird-feeding table seen here.

Home sweet home

It's almost two weeks now since we moved back to Pietermaritzburg. It was very sad to leave Zithulele and all the special people there, but we are very happy to be home. We have moved into our very own house which has its very own fence - we like to think of it as a picket fence, though it's more of a brick-and-metal fence really.

I have started work at Edendale in the HIV Treatment Programme and am really enjoying it so far - it's interesting and rewarding, and the hours are great since I am not doing any over-time. David is earning his keep by looking after the puppies, and is also studying a bit on the side - he writes Physics at the end of the month.

It is great to be home.

I will post some pics as soon as I can work out where the toolbar has gone...any suggestions?
